|Preparation:||Put pasta water on.
Fry several strips of bacon, pour off most (to taste) of bacon grease.
Beat one to two eggs per person with grated parmesan and a great deal of cracked pepper.
When pasta is nearly done, add olive oil to pan and reheat.
Turn off heat, combine pasta with egg mixture in pan with bacon, stir briefly; serve.
