|Ingredients:||1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow onion (or a Walla Walla Sweet if you can get it)
1 lb mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
|Preparation:||Pour a large glass of wine for the cook. Slice the peppers into strips
about 1/2" wide. Slice the onion to make rings. If the mushrooms
are large, cut them into bite-size pieces, otherwise leave them whole.
Chop the garlic into fine chunks.
Put everything into a large iron skillet, with enough worscestershire sauce
and wine to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook on a covered barbeque
until the onions are soft. Drink the wine while the veggies are cooking.
Serve with pasta, steak, on roast beef sandwiches, lamb, or just by
