Ingredients:6 # English Light Malt Extract Syrup
1 # Dry English Light Malt Extract
4 oz crushed Light Crystal Malt
2 t gypsum
1/2 tsp irish moss
Bittering hops -- 1.3 oz Fuggles
Aroma Dry hops -- 0.5 oz Hallertau; 0.3 oz Cascade

Use a good english ale yeast.

3/4 c corn sugar
1/2 t ascorbic acid
Preparation:Steep (make a tea) crystal malt. Strain it and add to water for boil. Boil
water and syrup for 1 hour. Add hops at 20 minutes. Add irish moss at 30
minutes. At end of boil, move pot off stove. Add dry hops and cover.
After fermination, mix in corn sugar and ascorbic acid, then bottle.
