Ingredients:12 # Nut Brown Malt Extract Syrup
1/2 tsp Irish Moss
Bittering Hops (boil)-- 0.85 oz Fuggles Hops; 0.5 oz Hallertau Hops; 0.15 oz Saaz Hops
Dry or Aroma Hops -- 0.3 oz Saaz; Belgium Abbey Ale Yeast
Preparation:Boil for 1 hour. Add bittering hops at 20 minutes. Add irish moss at 30
minutes. At end of boil, move pot off stove. Add dry hops and cover.
Caronate with mixture. Store for as long as you can.
