|Ingredients:||1/2 to 1 c of frozen fruit - I highly recommend Trader Joe's for economical quality
1 c of the nonfat yogurt - If you are not concerned about lowfat, use Trader Joe's Greek Style yoghurt
1/4-1/3 cup of Grape Nuts
Add Grape Nuts.
Let it sit for about 5 minutes to soften the cereal.
Sweeten to taste with Splenda or any other product of your choice. Nutmeg goes nicely with this as well.
