Ingredients:Marinade #1 (Ricky Classic):

1/4 c Worchester
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1/4 c sherry
some salt
enough pepper
oodles minced garlic
some basil
some thyme


Marinade #2 (Experimental):

1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/4 c honey
1/4 c olive oil
some dill
a little salt
some pepper
Preparation:Mix all ingredients together in a large ziploc.
Put meat in bag.
Allow to marinate for anywhere from 1-24 hours.

Grill the meat.
Notes:
