Ingredients:Five sweet red vine-ripened tomatoes thwacked in bite-sized lumps
A pinch of salt
A sprinkle of lime juice
2 Tbsp chopped parsley (ie, a smallish handful)
4 Tbsp chiffonade of basil (ie, a largish handful)
tasty olive oil, to taste
balsamic vinegar, likewise
Preparation:Toss everything together.
Serve with toasted garlic bread, or at least spoons, so the barbarians can sop up the delicious juices.
