|Ingredients:||4 green peppers, diced
2 medium onions, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 15-oz can garbanzo beans
2 15-oz cans dark kidney beans with juice
1 15-oz can whole peeled tomatoes with juice
4 tsp black pepper
4 tsp salt
4 tsp ground cumin seed
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp basil leaves
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove of garlic, diced
|Preparation:||Add all ingredients together in a stockpot.
Cover and cook slowly for 2 hours.
Serve with steamed tortillas or corn bread.
