2 lbs lean ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
1 tsp cumin seed
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp oregano
1 tomato sauce (8 oz)
4 cases cold beer
Salt & pepper to taste
2 large roadrunners
|Preparation:||Saute jalapenos, beef, onions and garlic until meat loses red color.
Add remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water.
Bring to boiling, reduce heat, and simmer covered until you've finished a case of beer.
Prepare Roadrunners. Let chili cool and feed to the Roadrunners.
