Ingredients:1 c of flour
1 Tbsp of sugar
2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
1 egg
1/2 c of sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 c of milk, depending how thick you like em.
Preparation:Beat the ingredients together...

Makes roughly 2 large pancakes, or 3 girly sized ones ;)
Notes:I've been hording this recipe for a while, and I am simply in love with it and had to share it for other pancake lovers such as myself.

I've always enjoyed buttermilk pancakes, but don't like buying buttermilk at the store because that's the only thing I'd use it for, and it would spoil long before I could finish off a small container of it. So I hacked this recipe using sour cream, and it's just simply awesome.
