Ingredients:1 boneless pork roast
1 bottle BBQ Sauce per 1 lb of roast
1 package toasted onion rolls
1 small tub deli (or homemade) coleslaw
Preparation:Roast goes in, cover with BBQ sauce, cover pot and set to "Low" for 8
hours. After 8 hours uncover and shred the pork, leaving the lid off if
the sauce needs to cook down. Monitor so it doesn't cook down too much.
Mix things up so all the pork gets coated.

Lightly toast the rolls, pile a generous helping of pork on your buns
(ahem), top with a scoop of slaw, try not to get trampled going for
seconds.
Notes:Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 8 hours
Feeds: 2-4
Leftovers: MAYBE, if you're by yourself and nobody knows what you're making
or where you live.
Equipment:Crock pot
