Ingredients:1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c light (mild) molasses
2 Tbsp sweet paprika
2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 c water
1/2 tsp liquid smoke flavoring (optional)
4 lbs boneless pork shoulder-blade roast, cut into 4 pieces
16 soft sandwich buns
Preparation:Mix sauce ingredients in crock pot, add pork to sauce mixture
and toss to coat.

Cover crock pot and cook on low setting, 8 to 10 hours or until
pork is very tender.

Transfer pork to large bowl. Pour sauce into medium bowl and
set aside. Using two forks, pull pork into shreds. Return the
shredded pork to the crock pot. Skim fat from the sauce, discard
fat, and pour sauce over pork....toss to combine. Serve on buns.
