Ingredients:Juice 2 limes
half an onion, minced
2 oz tequila
2 serrano peppers, diced
Tbsp salt
1 thin-cut beef round tip steak
Preparation:Mix up everything in a non-reactive bowl. Then slide in 1 thin-cut beef round tip steak (they were on special @ Safeway, each one about 3 oz)

Marinate in the fridge overnight, in the morning drain and sandwichify!
