Ingredients:1 bottle good Balsamic vinegar
pears (as many as needed)
apricot preserves
Triple Sec
sugar
butter
Preparation:Reduce vinegar to 1/5 original volume over low heat.
Slice pears into quarters and arrange in buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and dollops of butter.
Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees on top rack.
Turn on broiler and watch carefully until sugar caramizes (~3 min).
Serve with a drizzle of the reduced Balsamic Vinegar.
