Name:Grilled Salmon Improv Contributor:Leigh Ann Hussey
Description:Salmon with fruit/spice marinade Posted:2000-05-23
Key words:easy, improv Category:Main Dishes
ID:630 Updated:2005-12-11 10:19:20
Ingredients:The juice of two Really Old (but not yet dead) Valencia oranges
1/4 c Mirin (at a guess)
a pinch of ground ginger (I'll do it with fresh next time)
contents of one Tazo Chai teabag

Salmon Steak(s)
Preparation:Marinate in the ensuing, one salmon steak for as long as it takes the corn-in-husk and the veggie kabobs to be done -- with the smoke'n'grill on "smoke", that was about 1/2 hr. Then we moved the coal pan up and set the various meat to cooking.

Grill the marinated steak to your idea of perfection. Devour. Serves one person, or two dieters.
