|Ingredients:||1 8-oz cream cheese, softened
1 40-oz can sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 c chopped apples
2/3 c chopped fresh cranberries
1/2 c flour
1/2 c quick oats
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c melted butter
1/4 c chopped pecans
|Preparation:||Preheat oven to 350 F.
Beat together cream cheese, potatoes, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spread into bottom of 8x8, 9x13 or similar pan.*
Oat streusel combine: flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, pecans
Top with chopped apples, chopped cranberries, oat streusel
Bake 35-40 minutes

We'll try it for Thanksgiving but it sounded so good and thought we'd share with anyone else who wanted to try it.
