1 can mushroom soup(substitute thick white gravy)
1 cut up rabbit or chicken
|Preparation:||Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a greased casserole, place cooked rice.
Top with chopped mushrooms, garlic and onion.
Place animal parts on top.
Salt and pepper lightly.
Cover with mushroom soup or gravy.
Sal with foil.
Bke for 1 hour or until you think the meat is done 350 degrees.
