| Ingredients: | 3/4 c chopped red bell peppers
3/4 c chopped green bell peppers 1/3 c chopped jalapeno bell peppers 2-3/4 c sugar 1/2 c red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice 6 Tbsp Certo liquid pectin |

| Preparation: | Combine all but Certo over medium heat, cook until sugar is dissolved. Blend for five seconds. Return to pan and bring to a boil. Skim foam. Reduce to a simmer, 5 minutes. Stir in pectin, bring to a boil. Will set as it cools. Keeps in 'fridge up to 5 days. (I say can as usual in sterile jars!) | ||
