| Ingredients: | the slaw: 1/2 napa cabbage, shredded 2 medium carrots, shredded 1 red bell pepper, sliced very thin 4 green onions, sliced 1 c snow peas, sliced very thin the dressing: 2 tsp wasabi (powder if you have to) or more to taste. Less would be heresy! 2 tsp water (if you have to use powdered wasabi) 1 tbs minced garlic (or more - to taste) 1 tbs minced fresh ginger 5 tbs rice vinegar 1 tbs dark sesame oil 2 tbs toasted sesame seeds | ||
