1 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper

|Notes:||I found this recipe years and years ago and have no idea whether it is actually Cajun or not (help me Martin!).
I keep a spice jar handy with the seasonings in it and have tried it on almost everything- chicken, fish, even vegetables. I love it. It's pretty hot but not numbing. Be careful when you cook it because if you get the peppery steam in your eyes, it'll getcha!
