Ingredients:One can SPAM
6 fresh Croissants
6 slices Provolone, Muenster or Smoked Gouda Cheese
One large ripe tomato
One medium-sized zucchini
Alfalfa Sprouts
Dijon Mustard
Preparation:Thinly slice SPAM. Slice tomato. Slice zucchini.

Grill SPAM until brown, crispy and oh-so tasty. Place on croissant and top with other ingredients. Use mustard to taste. Guaranteed to turn heads at a public barbecue. Use Smoked SPAM for extra zestiness!
Notes:Since some of the more culinarily enabled folks around here are collecting eclectic recipes, I'll add these to the pile! And, this seems even more appropriate since there was a related award at the Gather!
