Ingredients:1 can of SPAM
8 eggs
6 slices of American cheese
6 bagels, sliced
[Tabasco sauce]
Preparation:Cut SPAM into 12 slices lengthwise.

Fry SPAM until brown. Scramble eggs. Toast bagels. Place 2 slices of SPAM, side by side, on bagel. Top with eggs, then a slice of cheese. Season with tabasco sauce. A great way to start your day.
Notes:Since some of the more culinarily enabled folks around here are collecting eclectic recipes, I'll add these to the pile! And, this seems even more appropriate since there was a related award at the Gather!
