| Ingredients: | Ingredients for 3 gallon batch:
1 oz Passion Flower 1 oz Elder Flower 1/2 oz Damiana Heaping tbsp powdered ginger (I used 1 oz fresh ginger) 3 lbs honey Epernet #2 yeast |

| Preparation: | Simmer Passion and Elder flower with Damiana in 1/2 gal water for about 45 minutes. Add powdered ginger and allow to cool. Add honey. Pour everything in container. Pitch in yeast. Wait. | ||
| Notes: | Really nice so far, it's about 8 months old, Xmas '94 it will be ready. Earthy bouquet, heavy feel, really good. Mix with Club Soda or 7-Up to lighten feel. | ||
