Ingredients:16 oz peach halves, drained
8 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 c instant non-fat dry milk powder
1/2 c seltzer
Preparation:Combine first three ingredients in electric blender. Whirl on medium speed until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, add seltzer, and stir.

Makes 3-1/2 cups or 2 servings.
Notes:Nutritional info per serving: 2 g fat, 212 calories (8% from fat), 9 mg cholestrol
