Ingredients:1 can tuna
12 oz grated sharp Cheddar cheese
12 oz grated Jack cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 small bag of elbow macaroni
Preparation:Prepare macaroni in your usual way (I boil it 10 minutes). Drain and place in a medium sized casserole dish. Add soup, cheeses and tuna and mix thoroughly. Spread another layer of cheese over the top, also crushed soda crackers if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Feeds a bunch of people, or a couple of folks for several meals. Keeps well, nukes well. For variations I've added frozen veggies to the mix, also tried smoked salmon and shrimp with good success.

For those being careful about what they eat, I've made this successfully using low/no fat cheeses and low salt soup.
Notes:My aplogies to the more sensitive, skilled cooks on the list.
