Ingredients: | 1-1/2 lb medium shrimp
1-1/2 lb scallops 2 cans geisha crab meat 1 c chopped celery 1/2 c slice mushrooms 1/4 c chop parsley 1/2 Tbsp Old Bay Seafood seasoning 1 c fine chop onion 1/2 c chopped green pepper 1/2 c slice water chestnuts salt and pepper 1/4 c white wine |

Preparation: | Combine all of above, cover with a layer of Ritz crackers.
Bake 350 about 50 minutes. |

Notes: | Lobster could be substituted for the crab; also can be cut in half. | ||
