Ingredients: | 2 large limes, sliced very thin
1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground pepper 1/2 tsp ground coriander 4 swordfish or halibut steaks 6-8 oz each, 3/4 " thick Mango Salsa |

Preparation: | Put 1/2 of limes in bottom of glass baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of
salt/spices. Put fish in single layer. Season fish with remaining salt/spices. Cover with remaining limes. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Grill on BBQ or Broil or pan grill very lightly, just until fish turns opaque. Serve with Mango Salsa. |
