Ingredients: | Enough frozen fruit(s) of choice to fill a blender jar or a food
processor about 1/3 full. = marionberry, blackberry, raspberry, seem to work well if you can deal with the seeds. Peaches are good, too, but be sure to defrost them a bit first or they seem to stay very lumpy. 1/2 to 1 c of fat free yogurt (not the kind filled with gelatin) Use Trader Joe's Greek Style Yoghurt if you are not concerned about fat. 1 to 2 scoops of soy protein powder Skip this if you take thyroid hormone substitute. 2 tsp of sugar or sugar substitute of your choice (Splenda) 1/2 c any kind of juice |

Preparation: | Stick the fruit in the microwave for a minute or so to soften them
just slightly. Place all ingredients in the blender/processor. Churn until it is to a consistency that you enjoy. You may need to add more juice if you prefer a thinner drink. Freeze any leftovers for the next day. |
