Ingredients: | 1 apple, cored and cut into 1/2" chunks
cinnamon brown sugar or sugar substitute 1 portion oatmeal 1/4 c nonfat yogurt (the good stuff that contains milk and cultures only) OR Trader Joe's Greek Style Yogurt if you don't mind the fat content. |

Preparation: | Cut up an apple (Braeburns and Grannies work well) into 1/2" chunks.
Place in a microwavable dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar to your taste. Microwave for about 1 minute to bake the apple chunks. Make oatmeal of choice. Since I usually do this at work, I often use the envelopes of instant that Leigh Ann mentioned. It doesn't taste great, but that's why I'm adding apples and cinnamon. Mix the oatmeal and apples together and toss in yogurt. |

Notes: | You can substitute Grape Nuts for the oatmeal. | ||
