Ingredients: | 2 c Annie Chun's Ginger Chicken Soup Broth
1/2 grilled chicken breast, sliced 2 oz snow peas 2 oz water chestnuts 1 c carrots or red bell pepper thin sliced 2 oz Annie Chun's Chow Mein noodles, or any type of noodle 2 Tbsp fresh scallions or leek, diagonally sliced |

Preparation: | So that's the recipe on the box, but who follows a
recipe. We used the entire 32 oz box and added another 30 oz chicken stock adjusting the portions of veggies accordingly. We left out snow peas, water chestnuts noodles, and added both carrots and bell pepper. We also added sliced mushrooms, more ginger, garlic (of course), Xtreme hot sauce and white vinegar to make it hot and sour. |
