Ingredients:2 apples, chopped
2 pears, chopped
1/2 c figs, chopped
spices: nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves
1 c raisins
pinch of saffron
Preparation:Chop and mix together the fruits and spices, and put them in small tart
shells. Bake @ preheated 350deg F for 30 min.
Notes:
Equipment:Expansion to serve 130: 25 lb apples (we used 2 no.10 cans' worth), 25 lb pears, 5 lb figs, 10 lb raisins.
