Ingredients: | 2 oz butter
1 med onion, chopped 2 ribs celery, chopped 1 carrot, chopped 1/2 c potato, diced 2 c water 2 c buttermilk 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp black pepper, ground 1-1/2 c pumpkin 1-2 head roasted garlic 1 Tbsp molasses 1/2 c cream |

Preparation: | Saute vegetables with butter until begining to soften. Add water,
buttermilk and spices and simmer until vegetables are soft. Add pumpkin, roasted garlic, molasses and maple syrup. Heat, whisk in cream. Puree in blender. Ladle into bowls, garnish with Brie Cream. |
