Ingredients: | 2 1/2 c crushed salted pretzels
3 Tbsp sifted powdered sugar 7/8 c melted butter (14 Tbsp) 12 oz cream cheese, softened 1 egg 1 tsp lemon juice 1 cup sifted powdered sugar 8 oz Cool Whip 2 pkgs (3 oz each) raspberry or strawberry Jello 2-1/2 c hot water 2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen raspberries or strawberries* |

Preparation: | Mix pretzels, sugar and butter; spread in a 9x13" glass pan. Bake for 10
mins @ 325 degrees. Beat cream cheese with egg, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over crust and chill. Mix Jello and hot water; add berries and stir gently. When mixture has thickened a bit, pour over cream cheese layer and chill. |

Notes: | *I use the bags of individually frozen berries NOT thawed. The unthawed
berries don't break apart when mixed with the Jello. |
