Ingredients:2 c sugar
1/4 c cocoa
1/2 milk

2/3 c peanut butter
1 stick butter or margerine
1 tsp vanilla

3 c minute oatmeal
Preparation:Stir together sugar, cocoa, and milk in large pot and bring to full rolling boil over medium heat. Boil without stirring 1 to 1.5 minutes. (I think usually I cook it longer- you want it to set like a candy when you stir in the oatmeal.)

Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, butter, vanilla.

Quickly blend in the oats.

Drop onto waxed paper or foil and let sit until set.
