Ingredients: | 1 lb stew meat
1 lb very lean ground meat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 can beef broth 1 can chicken broth 1 c strong brewed coffee 1 15-ounce can of Hunts diced tomatoes 1 tsp salt 1 chopped Serrano chili pepper 1 chopped green New Mexico chili pepper 4 Tbsp ground pasilla chili peppers 2 Tbsp ground red mild New Mexican chili peppers 1 Tbsp Tabasco sauce 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp ground cumin 3 tsp granulated garlic 2 Tbsp granulated onion black pepper to taste |

Preparation: | Cook the meat in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until gray.
Add the next six ingredients. Bring to a slow boil and boil for one hour. When the meat is almost tender, add the additional items. When the spices have dissolved, reduce to a very slow simmer for one hour. Add a little water if necessary. Adjust salt, chili peppers to taste. |
