Ingredients: | 1 lb butter, softened
1/4 lb gorgonzola 2 oz olive oil 2 Tbsp Parmesan 2 oz roasted pine nuts, partially crushed 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 Tbsp dried thyme leaves (you can use fresh if you have it, use 1-1/2 Tbsp) zest of 1/4 lemon rind 1 tsp black pepper |
