Ingredients: | 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
1/2 c seasoned rice wine vinegar 1 Tbsp sesame oil 1 Tbsp chili oil 1 jar (7 oz) roasted whole peppers (the red bell pepper kind) |

Preparation: | Cook asparagus in boiling water 2-5 minutes or until just tender-crisp, in
large pot. Rinse in cold water & drain. Combine vinegar and oils in non-metallic 8x8 dish. Add asparagus. Cut roasted peppers into strips and add to asparagus, turning to coat evenly. Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour. |
