Ingredients: | 2 Tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced small 1 red bell pepper, diced small 2 bananas, sliced 1/4 c pineapple juice juice of 3 oranges 4 Tbsp fresh lime juice (about 2 limes) 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro 3-4 Tbsp finely chopped fresh habanero peppers (wear plastic gloves when you chop these!) 1/2 c durian pulp Approx. 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (optional) 1 lb of pasta, your choice salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste |

Preparation: | 1. In a large saucepan, heat the oil and saute the onion and red pepper in it over medium heat for about 4 min.
2. Add the bananas and pineapple and orange juice. Simmer over medium heat for 5 mins. until the bananas are soft. 3. Remove from the heat, add the lime juice, cilantro, chili peppers or Inner Beauty sauce, the durian pulp, and the parmesan cheese. Mix well. 4. Cook the pasta, drain, and put in a big bowl. Add the spicy mixture, butter, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |

Notes: | Best served with cornbread with butter and honey, and a beer, to help put out the fire. | ||
