Ingredients:turkey breast
one whole sliced onion
butter
season salt
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 jar of salsa
3 cans of pinto beans
chopped jalapenos
red pepper
salt
garlic powder
accent
chili powder
sour cream
cheddar cheese
tortilla chips
Preparation:Boil one turkey breast until done. Let cool and shred the meat.

Saute one whole sliced onion in butter and season salt.

Place meat in soup pan and add 2 cans chopped tomatoes, 1 jar of salsa, 3 cans of pinto beans, as many chopped jalapenos as you like, red pepper, salt, garlic powder, accent and chili powder. Add sauted onion. Simmer for an hour and a half or until done.

Serve with sour cream and cheddar cheese. I also like tortilla chips rather than crackers.
Notes:This was the first time I made the recipe and I probably would do just two cans of beans maybe. It was also my idea for the season salt and jalapenos but that worked well. Originally this was for chicken but I shot so many turkeys, I am looking for ways to use them up.
