Ingredients:1 # Belgium Munich 7-8L
1 # Belgium Caravenne 15-30L
1 # Laaglander Light Dry Malt
6 # Coopers Amber Extract
1 # Honey
2 oz Halletauer Hops

1/2 tsp Irish Moss
1 oz Cascade Hops
#1338 European Liquid Yeast
Preparation:Boil first 6 ingredients for 1 hour.
Boil Moss and Cascade Hops for 15 minutes.
Makes 5 gallons.
Primary: ~7-9 days
Secondary: ~4 days
OG: 1.050 @ 63 F
FG: 1.020 @ 62 F
