Chicken breast Barbeque sauce Seasoned (sushi) vinegar Rice |

Preparation: | Buy deep-fried tofu slices, or cut tofu into 3/8" slices, deep fry it,
and halve each slice to make two pouches. Simmer chicken breast in your favorite barbecue sauce to cover until tender, shred with hammer or fork, and combine with enough of the barbecue sauce to coat. Buy seasoned (sushi) vinegar at any oriental supermarket. Combine with cooked rice as described on the label. To each tofu pouch, add a spoonful of barbecued chicken, then fill with the rice. |
