Ingredients:	1-1/2 c MIX 1 Tbsp sugar 3/4 to 1 c milk (depending on desired thickness) 1 egg
Preparation:	Beat egg into milk, add other ingredients, stir to mix (not MIX). Cook by large spoonfuls on a hot buttered griddle. Turn when the bubbles that burst do not close.
