Ingredients:2 c MIX
1-1/2 c milk
2 eggs
1/4 c grated cheddar cheese
Preparation:Heat waffle iron.
Beat egg into milk, add other ingredients, stir to mix.
Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until steam no longer comes out of iron.
Notes:Don't knock this one 'til you've tried it, you might be surprised.
