Ingredients: | 1 lb high-quality bittersweet chocolate
1 c heavy cream 2 Tbsp granulated sugar 2 Tbsp light corn syrup 1/4 c butter, room temp |

Preparation: | Finely chop chocolate.
In a medium saucepan, bring cream, sugar and corn syrup to a boil over moderately low heat, whisking unitl sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add chocolate interspered with soft butter, whisking until smooth. Let cool until spreadable consistency. |
