Ingredients: | 5 oz roasted unsalted peanuts
2 slices peeled fresh ginger 1 medium clove garlic, smashed and peeled 2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 4 tsp tamari soy sauce (you can use regular soy sauce) 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 c warm water 5 tsp fresh lime juice |

Combine all ingredients except water and lime juice in a food processor and process until smooth. With motor running, add water in thin stream and process until incorporated. Stir in lime juice. Serve at room temp. |

Notes: | SWELL TIP: If storing peanut sauce, cover with plastic wrap and press the
wrap down onto the sauce to keep a skin from forming. |
