1/2 c honey 1 bunch cilantro 2 cans chipotle peppers in adobo sauce |

Preparation: | Marinade: Combine all of the marinade ingredients in the bowl of the food processor or blender. (May be made 24 hours ahead and refrigerated until needed.) | ||
Notes: | Mark's Modifications:
I decided to use a small amount of local specialty vinegar in the marinade. I used a Riesling vinegar and a plum vinegar. Also, I increased the amount of cilantro to 1.5 bunches. I made the marinade in "enough to give some away" quantities, so the final recipe was scaled up somewhat :-) |
