Ingredients: | All quantities are adjustable to taste:
1/4 c fresh basil leaves, stemmed, rinsed, patted dry 1 c Roasted Garlic Alioli 2 Tbsp grated parmesan (fresh grated, please) 1/4 c roasted Pecans chopped Salt (to taste, if required) Fresh ground pepper (to taste) |

Preparation: | In a mortar, beat the basil adding a few leaves at a time until it's all a smooth green paste. Add the Roasted Garlic Alioli a heaping tablespoonful at a time while continuing to pestle. When nice and smooth, add cheese and pestle until blended, then stir in the pecans. Adjust seasoning. | ||
