Ingredients: | 1/4 c dried boletes (or whatever you can stand to use up)
1 c Roasted Garlic Alioli Salt (to taste ~half a teaspoon) |

Preparation: | Bray the dried mushrooms in a mortar. When they're smoothly powdered, add roasted garlic alioli a heaping tablespoonful at a time while continuing to pestle. Add salt to taste. | ||
