Ingredients: | For each two servings:
1 c High gluten flour 1 Egg 2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Alioli |

Preparation: | Make a well in the flour, put in the eggs and alioli. Slowly incorporate the flour to make a stiff dough (add water a little at a time if the dough is too stiff). Cover and allow to rest 30 minutes, roll out 1/8" thick and cut into broad noodles. Boil in lightly salted water until still slightly chewy. | ||
