Ingredients:calamari
vinegar,
peppers,
olives,
cauliflower,
onion,
carrot,
olive oil,
lemon juice,
seasonings
Preparation:clean calamari,
cook (careful to not overdo it)
then cool
cut up
put into a salad of remaining ingredients
Notes:From Squidly Henry of the Ducati list:
For your information, it is an Italian tradition to eat fish (and no
meat) on Christmas eve, always in odd numbers of varieties. We usually
have 3 or 5 types, and one of them must be calamari in one form or
another. My preference is a calamari salad as described.
